Well prepared.
All the way to your door.
Prefabrication is only part of the project. A coordinated site and carefully planned delivery put your module in the right place.
Delivery & installation by No1Pool
Before delivery, access, module dimensions, weights, crane position and installation area are checked. The work carried out by you or your contractors is agreed for each project.
Access and crane position
Document access with photos and dimensions. Narrow sections, bends and the distance to the installation point affect the process. Crane planning must reflect the actual module weight and required reach. A photo alone cannot replace this technical assessment.
Prepare the ground before delivery
The installation area must meet the selected product's technical requirements. For the outdoor kitchen, the catalogue describes a level, load-bearing crushed-stone base. Pools and other modules may require a different approach. Requirements cannot simply be transferred from one product to another.
Bring utilities to the agreed point
Electricity, water and drainage where needed are planned according to the actual equipment and approved design. The kitchen catalogue describes a connection concept; the sauna and pool each need their own technical coordination. Work is coordinated with suitably qualified contractors.
Clarify responsibilities in advance
The kitchen catalogue assigns the ground preparation, utility connections and suitable crane to customer-arranged site works. Each project should establish who is responsible for transport, unloading, positioning, connection and commissioning. Agree these points before delivery.
Review the final steps together
Are the installation area and connections ready? Will access and the crane area be clear on the day? Are the technical documents available? A coordinated process helps identify outstanding issues in time and prepare for handover.

Practical answers for the next planning step.
Is a crane always included in the quotation?
This depends on the agreed scope of supply. The supplied outdoor kitchen catalogue assigns the crane and its operator to services arranged by the customer.
How long does installation take?
The duration depends on the module, site, preparation and connection work. A firm schedule can only be agreed after technical and logistical coordination.
